First of all we would like to admit that our email box where we receive all your emails, enquiry's and bookings is located in Bangkok, Thailand. Normally we , in Yangon, receive any input from you about one working day after you have sent it to us. Therefore please expect any response and answer from us within 2 to 4 working days.

Enquiry
We welcome all kinds of enquiry's. Please feel free to ask any question you like. You can ask for the quotation for your own program, or request us to propose a suitable tour itinerary with cost. Enquiry's can be made using the enquiry form provided or via email.

Booking
Booking should be done via email at least a week to about 2 months ahead. Please send us the full names, gender, the nationality and the passport number of each tour member when booking. If you need package tour visa please let us know your fax number and the place of Myanmar embasy where you will apply the visa. We can then fax you the package tour visa letter. If required our Bangkok desk can arrange you your Myanmar visa and also Bangkok-Yangon air tickets.

Payment
Normally we request a down payment or full payment by bank transfer to our bank in Yangon or in Bangkok made before your arrival to Yangon. Depending on the conditions we may also accept full payment in cash in Bangkok or Yangon.

Cancellation & Refund
After the commencement of the tour , no refund in full or in part will be made for the services included in the programs but not utilized by the clients.

Liability

Tour East Travel International Limited acts as intermediaries between the concerned air lines, hotels, transport operators and local tourist offices, etc. providing the services.

Tour East Travel International Limited is therefore not responsible for any losses, injury or damage sustained by the tourists including those occurred outside the tour programs. Additional expenses incurred due to delay, accidents, natural disasters, political actions and unrest must be born by the tourists. Programs, prices, services and conditions are based on those valid at the time of publication and are therefore subject to change without prior notice. before or during the tours.

Participation in our tours implies the tourists' agreement to the above conditions.
